Dear Parents of Past and Present Art Adventure Campers, Students and Friends,

You are invited to the 1st Annual Howard County Recreation & Parks Art Adventure Parade! This will be held on August 9th this year from 10:00am to 12:15pm at Centennial Park Pavilion h in Ellicott City Maryland.

Come celebrate the wonderful world of art with Picasso the Art MonkeyTM, Frida the Color CockatooTM, Miss Tina and MRS! This will be a free fun family event and parents should stay with their budding artists as they create a piece of art to proudly display for the parade in the park. All you need to bring is water and sunscreen. Please do not bring food to the event.

Quick Facts:
• Monday August 9th 10:00am-12:15pm at Centennial Park via the East Entrance, Pavilion h.
• Art Adventure Parade for all ages of past and present Art Adventure campers/students along with their friends and family are welcome to participate.
• Children will create at least one exciting piece of art to display in the Art Adventure parade!
• Face painting and games will be available. Also a giant Picasso and Frida painting for children to poke their face through to pose for pictures taken by their parents!
• Bring water, sunscreen and your camera. No food please! Get creative and bring your own music for the parade. Have a harmonica, maracas, or even pots and pans!

• This entrance is accessible via Clarksville Pike onto Woodland Road. Follow the East Entrance road and drive past the tennis courts on your left. Parking will be ahead to your left. Pavilion h will be adjacent to the parking lot with ball field #8 on the right and basketball courts on the left.
